Trace the growth and effects of radio and movies and their role in the worldwide diffusion ofpopular culture.

The radio gave Americans a way to escape from reality and and was a great entertainment device. They would listen to activities over the radio such as horse races. The television had advertisements that made people want to buy the product they are selling. These things played an important role in the worldwide diffusion of poplular culture. -Zachary P. Per.1
Radio brought Americans more entertainment like to listen to horse races, music, stories. It also brought people together closely. Movies helped show stories, ideas, and facts in society to large amount of people in different places in the U.S. and in the world in the nearly same time. Hung T. P.1
The radio was a way for the poeple to know what is going on in the world without having to go into the reality and and go through the actions that were happening in their society. The radio and movies were a way to have entertainment and the television would have many advertisments espicially for all the politics. -Alexandra C. P1
