The U.S. rose a lot in the twentieth century. Industrial revolution, immigration, and social changes made the United States become a hopeful nation with huge industry, many chances for better life, and freedom. Military were strengthened to protect U.S. merchant ships and sea areas gave U.S. more control in trading on sea. These above made the U.S. become a world power.

Hung,

This is a great start! It would be nice to see some specific examples of how the Industrial revolution, immigration and social change made the US more hopeful. I like that concept! More specifics from those ideas would be terrific!
